Yields: 2 pies
4 cups mashed pumpkin
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425°, combine all ingredients, pour in a nonstick pie pan, bake for 15 minutes than without opening the oven turn it down to 350° and bake for 45 minutes!
Let cool for 30 minutes
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and enjoy!:)
